Session Description

Despite evidence that investment in education across the life course can put children and adults alike on the path towards good health, empowerment, employment and develop peaceful societies, only 25% of national governments are spending what they need to deliver quality education. At the same time, the definition of what constitutes quality education is changing and resource providers are stepping outside the boundaries in driving change through education. This session will highlight innovators who are redefining the space, using novel approaches in engaging children and young adults to produce outcomes across a range of impact areas including peace-making, financial inclusivity and poverty elimination.
