GENERAL

When and where will the AVPN Southeast Asia (SEA) Summit take place?

The AVPN Southeast Asia Summit will take place in Bali, Indonesia from 12 – 14 February 2020. It comprises a day of workshops and masterclasses on 12 February, the main summit on 13 February and site tours around Bali on 14 February. The main summit will be held at Conrad Bali.

Who can attend the AVPN SEA Summit?

The AVPN SEA Summit is open to all members of AVPN as well as non-members who qualify for AVPN’s selection criteria to attend the Summit.

AVPN is a membership network made up of organisations that are deploying financial, human and intellectual resources to increase social impact in Asia. This includes philanthropic foundations, family offices, corporations and financial institutions, impact funds, government entities, international non-governmental, universities, incubators and accelerators, intermediaries and service providers.

How do I find out about changes or updates to the programme?

TICKETS

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will be on sale from 8 October 2019. Please take advantage of our Early Bird Ticket Sales from 8 October 2019 to 8 December 2019 when you can enjoy more than 30% discount off the standard ticket price. In order to qualify for this rate, payment must be received on or before 8 December 2019.

How can I get a ticket to the AVPN SEA Summit 2019?

All members will have access to TWO complimentary tickets. Please choose ‘member’ for ticket type in the registration form.

All members get to enjoy additional member tickets at a discounted price of USD$100.

Non-members’ tickets will be processed once registration is approved.

The Early Bird Rate for non-members will be applicable till 8 December 2019. For registrations received thereafter, regular rates will apply. In order to qualify for the early bird rate, payment must be received on or before 8 December 2019.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

Payment may be made via via Paypal. Please take note that transactions are subjected to an additional 5% PayPal processing fee.

Kindly make payments once you receive the payment details, to ensure that your place at the Summit is secured.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, your ticket may be transferred to another person within the same registered organisation as yourself. Kindly inform us of the name change in writing via events@avpn.asia at least two weeks in advance.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any name changes and ticket transfers on the actual day of the event.

Can I get a refund if I am not able to come?

Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellation or no-show. Substitutions should be made in writing to events@avpn.asia at least two weeks in advance.

How do I collect my AVPN SEA Summit delegate badge?

You may collect the Summit delegate badge at registration. Please ensure that you bring along your e-ticket (either digital or hard copy) and registration will be done via your ticket number and last name.

Do collect your conference delegate badge before participating in any of the sessions.

For identification purposes, ensure that your badge is worn at all times within the event grounds.

How do I know my tickets are assigned?

Once the payment for the tickets are made and confirmed, AVPN will send your e-ticket to the email address that you indicated during registration. Please look out for it in the email.

I cannot find my ticket, how can I get it resent to me?

Please email us at events@avpn.asia and we’ll be able to assist in re-sending you the tickets.

Can I pay my ticket at the entrance?

No, payment has to be made before your tickets can be issued. Please ensure that you have a ticket before you arrive at the SEA Summit.

I am a speaker at the AVPN SEA Summit. Am I eligible for a complimentary conference ticket?

Yes, as a speaker, you are eligible for a complimentary conference ticket. Please contact us at events@avpn.asia for assistance.

INVOLVEMENT

How can my organisation become a conference sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today. To become a sponsor and for more information, please contact AVPN at partnerships@avpn.asia and we’ll attend to you.

In addition, the AVPN SEA Summit aims to advocate for sustainable practices. We are constantly on the look out for in-kind sponsors who can provide green printing services, reusable water bottles, and more.

Can I be a volunteer?

Yes, you can! We’re always in need of volunteers. Without them, the Summit would not be where it is. If you’re interested, please email events@avpn.asia.

I would like to showcase some publications and reports at the Conference, how can I do that?

Due to insufficient space to allow all delegates to display their materials, we only have an Outreach Partners booth that offers our outreach partners a dedicated space to share their publications and/or reports. Please contact marketing@avpn.asia to find out how to be an outreach partner
