Suzanne is founder of Catalyst at Large and Co-Producer of the global GenderSmart Investing Summit. She is a globally recognised expert on gender smart investing. Her work has influenced hundreds of funds and institutional investors, and billions of dollars of capital to move with a gender lens.

Suzanne was part of the advisory team for Investing in Women, through a consortium of Criterion Institute. She sat on the GIIN Gender Lens Investing Working Group Advisory Council. She has been co-leader of the DFI Gender Finance Collaborative, and was previously Investment Director for the SPRING Accelerator.

Suzanne is Senior Gender Lens Investing Adviser at Wharton Business School, is a Fellow at the Aspen Institute, and she teaches Getting Gender Smart at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She sits on the Investor Advisory Council for the Equality Fund, and on advisory boards including Cornerstone Capital, The Boardroom Africa, and SheEO. She also leads the Women, Girls, and Reduced Inequalities group at Toniic ,where she is an active member.

She and her team are based in London.
