Felicia is an Education Program Manager at Djarum Foundation, where she leads the foundation’s Kudus-based programs in teacher quality and early childhood development. Her work centers on bringing the “real world” into classrooms, and cultivating teacher-leaders that can nurture the next generation of creative talent to solve complex global problems.

Outside of her role at Djarum Foundation, Felicia supports Asia Philanthropy Circle’s Indonesia Chapter as its country coordinator and serves on the leadership team or board of several local nonprofit organizations focused on cultivating young leaders. She has been a speaker at various national and international events including: the 2018 World Conference on Creative Economy, the 2019 Asia Content Business Summit, and Djarum Beasiswa Plus’s 2019 leadership development summit.

A native of Singapore, Felicia received her double Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
