Stephanie is a foundation member of the innovationXchange team, an experimental start-up within the Australian aid program looking for and supporting innovations with the potential to scale development impact. She is the architect of Australia's Scaling Frontier Program - which supports innovative impact businesses, incubators and accelerators and builds the innovation ecosystem in Asia-Pacific - a program that has been designed with a gender lens and bold vision to make markets more connected and inclusive.
Before joining innovationXchange Stephanie held various roles across the aid program including humanitarian crisis response in Nepal and Philippines. She holds a Masters in International and Community Development from Deakin University and an Honours Degree in Politics from Macquarie University.
